Change costumes; See Brad Vickers from Resident Evil 1 and 3
In order to see him, as a zombie, you have to follow a few 'rules'.
1) Start your game on either modes. (WARNING!!! If you are playing on Easy Mode and uses the Unlimited Ammo Cheat, this trick won't work)
2) Run through the city and be sure to be alive. Do not collect a single thing, not even a box of handgun bullets.
3) At the underground passage way, you should see a zombie in a yellow vest. He is the one you are waiting for. Keep shooting him from where you are. If you run dry on bullets, use the knife but you MUST kill him.
4) Once he is down, check him for the Special Key.
5) In the police station's dark room, use the key at the locker beside the door to change your costume.
6) For Leon, there is a costume and for Claire, there's a costume plus a Colt SAA which uses 9mm bullets.
Unlimited Bullet Mode
This cheat enables you to have unlimited bullets in all weapons throughout the entire game. Once you gain control of your character at the beggining of the game, press 'Select' and go to the option in which you changes the controls. Change the control to Type C. Press R1, R2, L1 and L2 together and rapidly hit the square button until the Auto turns red. Return to the game and enjoy the unlimited bullets.

Killing William
William comes in 5 forms. G-1,G-2,G-3,G-4,G-5.
For William Viral G-1, you will only encounter him in Scenario B. To kill him, run around and shoot him in the open with a powerful weapon. Run when he is ready to hit you with the pole.
For William Viral G-2, you'll encounter him at the Umbrella Huge Elevator, the yellow machine thing. Killing him is easy as ABC. The area is reasonable big. Run to the end and shoot him in the open. When he is like 3 feets in front of you, fire him again and run behind him and continue shooting. When running pass him, stay away from him to avoid sudden attacks. When his is about to die, he'll slow down, making it easier to kill him.
For William Viral G-3, you'll see him at the ending of the game. He'll jump down from the ceiling. You don't necessary have to run if you are equiped with a powerful weapon. Just fire a few rounds into him and wait for him to mutate further. Running away and shooting him will waste time.
For William Viral G-4, he'll be much more quicker and more powerful. He'll start running around. As he is running, run along with him and stop when you think it is save. Shoot him in the open and never get near him. When he gets you, it is really difficult to escape.
For William Viral G-5, the final stage. You'll meet him in Scenario B in the train. Just keep shooting him with whatever you have left. Remember to get away from him and shoot him when you have the space.
