Introducing all the characters of the game. Claire Redfield Claire came to Raccoon City to look for her brother Chris who is from the Special Tactics and Rescue Squad. (S.T.A.R.S.) However, she did not manage to find her brother and end up in the city of the dead. Now, her aim is to escape with Leon Kennedy and Sherry Birkin. Leon Kennedy Leon Kennedy came to Raccoon to report for his first day of his job. Similarly, he found out that he was in a city of the living dead. On his way to the RPD, he met this lady called Claire Redfield. In the middle of his escape, he met up with Ada Wong, a cold woman sent from don't know where. Now, he has to escape together with Claire and Ada, to survive from the zombies and creatures.

Sherry Birkin Sherry came hiding into the station because her mother, Annette Birkin told her to. She claims that the city outside is too dangerous, but, she came into the station and found out some secrets about the Umbrella Corporation and the weird police chief, Chief Irons. Even though she has no field experience, she still managed to survive because of her speed and alertness. She is also brave and quick in ducking into vandilation holes to escape from cannibal zombies.
