Just when the S.T.A.R.S. members get back to the RPD station and told Cheif Irons about the T-Virus leakage and the chemical spill, the zombies, monsters and the deadly Tyrant. However, Cheif Irons decided not to believe in the 'nonsense' the S.T.A.R.S. had said. So, after weeks and months, the T-Virus spreaded from the underground labs at the Spencer Estate into the city, infecting almost every body and animals. At this period of time, two scientist, William Birkin and his wife, Annette Birkin modified the T-Virus and made the new G-Virus. However, Umbrella knew about it and came to Raccoon to collect the virus samples. William did not want to hand the samples in, and injected the virus into his own body, making him the one and only person infected with the G-Virus. Some monsters, like the Re3 Lickers, are creations of the Umbrella which escaped, making life a nightmare. With the G-Virus and the T-Virus, the city is as well as dead. The horror is alive...
